The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing the company's reputation. They are the face of our organization to the outside world, providing timely and effective assistance to our clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering timely and efficient solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, engaging with them via phone calls and emails. • Provide accurate, up-to-date information and offer suitable recommendations to customers. • Proactively suggest ways to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to empathize with customers. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, as needed. • Prior customer service experience is essential; collections experience is an asset.
