The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related inquiries, processing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Process credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely approval or rejection. • Handle customer inquiries related to credit, providing clear and concise information. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex credit-related issues. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement in our processes. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in credit-related systems and databases. • Provide regular reports on credit processing activities, including key performance indicators. • Train and mentor junior team members on credit processing best practices. • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, implementing necessary changes. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and credit processing software. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
