As a Coll - EXE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth. You will be a key part of our Collections team, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, employing effective problem-solving skills. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary. • Document and report customer interactions, providing valuable feedback for process improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's brand and values. • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or collections role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
