As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer care and collections team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between customers and our organization, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by providing accurate and friendly assistance. • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and resolve complex customer issues. • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring proper record-keeping and follow-up. • Identify and escalate potential collection issues, working closely with the collections team to ensure timely recovery. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and collections. • Actively contribute to team goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer care processes and enhance overall customer experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a financial services environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries. • A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
