As a Coll - EXE, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. You will act as a key liaison between the company and customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions. • Lead and mentor a team of customer care executives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Implement and maintain best practices in customer service, ensuring consistent quality across all interactions. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of collections processes with other business functions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in the collections process.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. • A flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to learn and embrace new technologies and processes.
