The CRE will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely collections. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information via phone, email, and in-person visits. The CRE will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Conduct collection activities for overdue accounts, maintaining a friendly and professional approach. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections. • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Stay updated with company policies and procedures, especially regarding collections and customer service. • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues. • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, customer service, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer service. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
