As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, supporting our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) and ensuring efficient and effective customer service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, managing data, and implementing processes to enhance our customer support system.
• Coordinate with CCEs to understand customer inquiries and provide necessary support. • Manage and organize customer data, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Implement and optimize back-office processes for improved efficiency. • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Train and mentor new CCEs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and a dynamic work environment. • A problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. • A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
