As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent administrative support. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings. • Maintain an organized sales database and update customer records. • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies. • Monitor sales performance and generate reports as required. • Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies. • Provide administrative support for sales events and campaigns. • Assist in lead generation and qualification processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach. • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is preferred. • Familiarity with the BFSI industry is an asset. • A positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
