The Credit Processing Analyst will be an integral part of our back-office team, responsible for managing and processing credit applications and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Review and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. • Process credit applications, including data entry, verification, and validation. • Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments, adhering to company policies and regulations. • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and addressing inquiries. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless credit processing journey for customers. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all credit-related activities. • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in credit applications promptly. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulations. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using MS Office and credit processing software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • A customer-centric approach and a desire to deliver exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
