The Credit Operation Executive will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. They will be responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Manage and process credit applications, ensuring timely and accurate reviews. • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, considering various factors. • Maintain and update credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues. • Implement and adhere to credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities. • Prepare and present credit-related reports and recommendations to the management team. • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data. • Proficient in using MS Office and credit management software. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
