The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This role is responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate processing, and maintaining high standards of customer service. As a key member of the team, the analyst will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, considering various factors. • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity. • Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities. • Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures, ensuring consistency. • Provide support and guidance to other team members on credit-related matters. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. • Ensure timely and efficient credit processing, meeting service level agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit principles, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
