Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of mechanical and electrical manufacturing engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for production of high-quality products. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management : Lead a team of mechanical and electrical manufacturing engineers to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently. Manufacturing Process Development : Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and inspection. Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Quality and Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards, including ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory compliance. Project Management : Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, to ensure successful project execution. Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise in manufacturing engineering, including mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and inspection. Communication and Collaboration : Communicate with stakeholders, including production, quality, and customer teams, to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution. Responsibilities (continued): Performance Metrics : Develop and track key performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and efficiency. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing processes and products. Training and Development : Identify training and development needs for team members and provide opportunities for growth and professional development. Budgeting and Cost Control : Develop and manage budgets, including capital expenditures and operating expenses. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve manufacturing processes and products.
