The Support Desk Data Analyst will be responsible for overall reporting and real time data analytics for a 24x7 Tier II Service Desk. The Support Desk Data Analyst shall work directly with leadership to determine data requirements to design output format and to validate results for both ad hoc and scheduled reports for internal use. The Support Desk Data Analyst is required to be onsite, in downtown Columbia, SC, 5 days per week.
