As a CCE, you will be the voice of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions. • Answer incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers. • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively. • Offer product and service information, ensuring customers are well-informed. • Resolve customer issues and provide suitable resolutions or escalations. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty. • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information. • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
