As a Coll - EXE, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving the team's performance and achieving collections targets.

• Manage and motivate a team of collections specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service. • Oversee the entire collections process, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring efficient and effective debt recovery. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize collections, minimize defaults, and reduce bad debt. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions. • Monitor and analyze collections data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient debt recovery processes. • Train and mentor new collections team members, ensuring they meet company standards and best practices. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, implementing necessary changes to collections strategies.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficiency in collections software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines. • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
