As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the bridge between our company and our valued customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.

• Process credit applications and perform thorough credit analyses to assess risk and make informed decisions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, clarify doubts, and provide timely updates on their credit applications. • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and operations, to ensure a seamless credit processing journey for customers. • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, offering effective solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit processing to enhance our services. • Prepare and present regular reports on credit processing activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to streamline credit processing, improve efficiency, and reduce turnaround times. • Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, with a proven track record of success. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools, as well as basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations, and a commitment to continuous professional development. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
