As an Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance via various communication channels.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and accurate solutions. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer informed advice. • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and loyal customer base. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. • Ensure customer data privacy and security, adhering to company policies. • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to offer competitive solutions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to work. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and other relevant software. • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
