As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by providing exceptional customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving our business forward.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collect monthly EMI payments and ensure timely and accurate processing. • Achieve and exceed process requirement targets, as set by the company. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment collections. • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements. • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and payments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy. • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with customers. • Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• A DRA Certificate is mandatory for this role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Basic knowledge of payment processing and collections is preferred. • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. • A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an advantage.
