As a Senior CCE, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service and client satisfaction. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. • Document and escalate critical customer concerns as needed. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Assist in training and mentoring junior CCEs. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Familiarity with industry-specific software is an asset. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
