Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care, you will be part of a supportive community providing nursing and residential care. You will work alongside care assistants, ensuring high-quality care for residents, including care planning, social activities, and supervising new staff. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
A caring nature with good communication and relationship-building skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a warm, approachable, engaging persona. Experience as a care assistant is preferred but not required.
