As a Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, focusing on collections and customer relationship management. Your primary goal will be to handle customer inquiries and concerns related to collections, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and maintaining positive relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding collections, providing prompt and courteous assistance. • Resolve customer issues and disputes related to payments, billing, and account management. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints. • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to collections. • Identify and escalate potential customer service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to process improvements. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations during customer interactions. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the company's brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or collections are preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and provide creative solutions. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
