As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in handling credit-related inquiries and ensuring smooth operations within our back-office department. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth. • Process and analyze credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Review and verify customer documentation, such as financial statements and credit reports. • Evaluate creditworthiness and make informed decisions on credit approvals or denials. • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit. • Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring timely renewals and adjustments. • Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures, in line with company guidelines. • Provide support and training to junior analysts on credit processing best practices. • Generate and analyze credit-related reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring our credit processes remain compliant.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office applications. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry standards and regulations. • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for financial services.
