Manages daily financial operations, reconciles premiums and commissions, and ensures compliance with industry standards. Focuses on regulatory reporting, financial analysis, and improving internal controls related to insurance transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities under IFRS or Local GAAP. • Reconcile insurance premiums, commissions, and claims with internal and carrier systems. • Prepare and process vendor payments and monitor accounts receivable (AR)/accounts payable (AP). • Maintain fixed asset registers and manage intercompany transactions. • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
