We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Officer in the Payroll Operations department. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and will work closely with our HR and finance teams to maintain efficient payroll operations.

• Process payroll accurately and within set timelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Calculate and manage deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF, and ensure accurate reporting. • Maintain and update employee records, including personal and financial information. • Resolve payroll-related queries and provide support to employees regarding their payroll and benefits. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to implement payroll policies and procedures. • Stay updated with changing payroll regulations and ensure our processes align with the latest requirements. • Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing insights to management. • Assist in auditing payroll processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure data security and confidentiality of payroll information. • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the payroll operations.

• 1-2 years of experience in payroll compliance, with a focus on PF, ESI, PT, and LWF. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and report generation. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems. • Familiarity with payroll software or HRIS systems is an asset. • Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. • A positive and collaborative attitude, with a commitment to delivering quality work.
