As an Executive - HR, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth through effective talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on bulk and volume hiring for our BPO division, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk and volume hiring. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for BPO roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates. • Maintain a strong employer brand and promote Digitide Solutions as an attractive workplace. • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. • Conduct initial assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment. • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Experience in volume hiring and bulk recruitment is highly advantageous. • Understanding of labor laws and HR policies, especially related to BPO hiring. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
