As a Coll - EXE, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring efficient and effective customer service. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and resolving their inquiries and complaints. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth.

• Lead and motivate the collections team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate resolutions. • Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. • Train and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Develop and implement collections strategies, aiming to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses. • Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our customer service standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding efficient solutions. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • A customer-centric approach, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and supportive nature. • A degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
