The Credit Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing credit operations within the BFSI department. This role involves managing a team of CCEs, ensuring efficient customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The executive will work closely with the back office to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Manage and oversee a team of Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to ensure efficient customer service. • Handle complex customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with the back office to streamline credit operations and improve process efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in credit operations. • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement. • Train and mentor CCEs to enhance their customer service skills and product knowledge. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations. • Provide regular reports and updates to the management on credit operation performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Familiarity with credit operations and back-office processes. • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and changes. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
