As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle credit-related inquiries and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will be the bridge between our customers and the credit processing system, providing accurate and timely information and support.

• Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, considering various factors. • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Collaborate with the credit team to identify and address any potential risks or issues. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements. • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key credit-related metrics. • Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. • Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. • 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong knowledge of credit assessment methodologies and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office applications. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing.
