• Graduate in HR or related field • 1–5 years of recruitment experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) • Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate experience • Maintain recruitment database and track hiring metrics
