As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with various departments to streamline processes and enhance our overall operational efficiency.

• Analyze and process credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. • Review and verify customer information, financial documents, and credit histories. • Evaluate credit risks and make informed decisions on credit approvals or denials. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit processing activities. • Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit processing. • Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring timely updates and adjustments. • Implement and maintain effective credit processing procedures and workflows. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. • Provide support and training to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and credit processing software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the BFSI industry. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
