Main duties of the job We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Band 5 to join our team at John Stacey Ward, Paulton Memorial Hospital on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the provision of high-quality patient care by assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs. You will demonstrate the ability to perform all relevant forms of nursing care competently without direct supervision, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, the role involves active participation in teaching, supervision, and preceptorship/mentorship of learners and other staff and in the absence of a more senior nurse, the post holder will take charge of the ward. Job Introduction
