We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for up to 4 sessions per week, covering Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays.
We are a well-established, patient-centred practice caring for approximately 8,700 patients, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our local community. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to undertake the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary Care. We offer structured clinics of 13 patients, allocating 15 minute appointment slots which can be a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations
You will be supported by a highly skilled nursing team and a knowledgeable Management and admin team. We also have an FCP, Mental health Practitioners, Clinical pharmacists and social prescribers associated with the practice.

Undertake routine and on the day consultations, including face to face and telephone as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive clinical records Action correspondence, clinical letters and test results Refer patients to other organisations where clinically indicated Prescribe safely and effectively in line with national and local guidelines Contribute to the delivery of QOF and Local beyond core contract targets Contribute to the delivery of PCN priorities, service delivery and quality improvement initiatives Participate in clinical meetings, significant event reviews and governance activities
