The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's financial processes, specifically in the areas of Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Application, and Order to Cash. • Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate cash application. • Implement and maintain efficient order-to-cash processes, including invoice processing and payment collection. • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for process improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow and reduce AR aging. • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to AR and cash application. • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance. • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key financial metrics. • Support the implementation of new financial systems or software as needed.
