As the Senior Executive - HR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth through strategic talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our mass hiring needs. • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance. • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk and volume hiring, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and inclusive hiring process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, with a proven track record of successful bulk and volume hiring. • Experience in BPO hiring is highly preferred. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technology. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
