As an Officer HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team. You will also be involved in various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

• Assist with employee onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions. • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer service. • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency. • Assist with payroll operations, including data verification and basic payroll processing tasks. • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute HR initiatives and projects. • Liaise with other departments to gather and share relevant HR information. • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company's values. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR management.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. • Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting purposes. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using HR information systems and databases. • Familiarity with payroll processes and basic payroll concepts is preferred. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and practices. • A positive and collaborative attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
