As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle credit-related tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be the bridge between our customers and the credit department, providing timely and accurate support.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. • Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and make informed decisions. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Communicate with customers regarding credit status, providing updates and resolving queries. • Collaborate with the credit team to identify and mitigate risks associated with credit processing. • Implement efficient credit processing workflows and suggest process improvements. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential issues and areas for optimization. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on credit-related procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office suite. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
