About this role
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment collections. Your primary focus will be on recovering EMI and overdue payments while maintaining a positive and professional rapport with our customers. You will also be responsible for resolving customer disputes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Recovering EMI and overdue payments from customers. • Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers throughout the collection process. • Resolving customer disputes and queries in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies during the collection process. • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions. • Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure a smooth and effective collection process. • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Providing regular updates and reports on collection performance to the management team. • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and debt collection.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or debt collection. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the collections industry. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new collection strategies and technologies.
