As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle credit-related inquiries and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. You will be the key point of contact for customers seeking assistance with credit-related matters, and your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining positive relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, analyzing financial data and credit histories. • Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, clarify doubts, and provide updates on their credit applications. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure a seamless credit processing journey. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring adherence to policies and identifying potential risks. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to credit, providing timely and effective resolutions. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing to enhance our services. • Generate and analyze credit-related reports, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our credit processing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound credit decisions. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
