As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in our customer support operations. Your primary responsibility is to manage and guide a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries and complaints. • Handle complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments when necessary. • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance customer service skills. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service to enhance team performance. • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and address any concerns. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management. • Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and continuously improves customer service processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a collections or FOS department. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement in customer service. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
