About this role
As a Senior Product Manager on our Applied Machine Learning team, you’ll partner with business leaders, ML scientists, engineers and design teams to define strategy, prioritize investments and deliver AI/ML-powered products across areas like search, personalization, cybersecurity and fraud. This role brings together product judgment, business acumen and technical understanding to solve meaningful customer and business problems at scale. You’ll shape what we build and how we build it, helping create intelligent systems that impact millions of customer interactions. What you’ll do Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, using data, customer insights and business priorities to identify high-impact opportunities Partner with ML scientists, engineers and technical teams to translate complex models and capabilities into scalable, customer-focused products Define product requirements, success metrics and experimentation frameworks that balance speed, scalability and measurable business outcomes Collaborate with business leaders, product, engineering, data science, design and partner teams to align on goals, priorities and tradeoffs Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing senior leaders and driving clarity across complex AI/ML initiatives Champion a test, learn and iterate mindset by staying current on AI/ML trends and applying best practices to improve product decisions and delivery Basic qualifications 2 years of product management experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment 1 year of experience with direct people management and team management 1 year of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership and related areas Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experiences. Experience delivering AI/ML-driven products or platforms Experience working in agile environments (e.g., JIRA, sprint planning, backlog management) Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field. 6 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related 2 years of experience with direct people management and team management Experience building and scaling ML products on AWS, GCP, or similar platforms Experience working closely with software engineering, ML engineering, or data science teams to build and scale technical products Experience applying ML lifecycle, experimentation and evaluation frameworks to product decisions Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Experience with search, recommendations, personalization, or marketplace systems What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
