As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in our organization's financial operations. • Manage and oversee credit operations, including credit applications, approvals, and monitoring. • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulations. • Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant documents. • Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed decisions on credit approvals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving any credit-related inquiries. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credit processes and customer satisfaction. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in credit regulations. • Provide training and support to team members on credit-related matters.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit-related role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulations. • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess credit risk. • Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software. • Effective communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
