Maintenance Manager As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for establishing a world-class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency Maintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
