Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Patient Safety programs across pharmacy and retail operations. This role supports strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing medication safety, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal safety standards. Develops and prepares reports, assists analysts in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve quality and patient outcomes. Supports the enterprise-wide deployment of enterprise-wide patient safety programs including Microfulfillment and Centralized Services, tools, and processes. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, including members of the Patient Safety Organization (PSO), to drive data-informed decision-making, strengthen safety practices, and support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management. Job Responsibilities: Supports the effort to ensure consistency in the development, implementation, and management of new products, programs, and services in Walgreens stores. Provides prompt and professional communications via email, mail and phone in response to program questions from the stores, leadership and internal departments. Gathers and interprets data to support project decision making. Measures and reports on the success of products, programs and services. Coordinates project meetings and prepares content for presentation to key stakeholders. Responsible for identifying ways to improve the development, implementation, and operation of new products, programs and services based on market feedback and trends. Works closely and collaboratively with Project Leads within the division as well as external stakeholders to meet project goals and to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.
