Eynsham Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. The successful applicant will join a strong and established team of 10 salaried GPs, working alongside experienced partners and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team within a collaborative and supportive practice environment.

Main duties of the job
To provide high-quality, patient-centredprimary medical care to the registered population of Eynsham Medical Group, in line with GMC standards, NHS contractual requirements, and best clinical practice. You will be working 4 to 6 sessions per week.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Provide safe, effective medical care via face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with NICE guidance. Participate in triage, duty doctorrota, and home visits asrequired. Clinical Governance and Quality
Maintainaccurateclinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement. Participate in significant event analysis and safeguarding processes. Multidisciplinary Working
Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and PCN colleagues. Support education and supervision of trainees whereappropriate. Professional Responsibilities
Maintain GMC registration, appraisal, revalidation, and CPD.
Uphold confidentiality, equality, and safeguarding principles. Admin:
You will be expected to administer your own pathlinks, DOCMAN, meds manager, tasks and emails. You will have dedicated admin time on return from leave (half a session for one-week, full session for two weeks) to complete your tasks and any other outstanding admin. You are invited to all practice meetings apart from partners meetings.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Essential MBBS (or equivalent) and MRCGP (or equivalent). Inclusion on the NHS England GP Performers List.
Desirable
Desirable Special clinical interest or teaching experience.
