Lead and provide technical support for SMT, Wave Solder, and Conformal Coating processes, including equipment, programming, maintenance coordination, and process optimization. Responsible for ensuring process stability, high yield, and efficiency while supporting new product introductions (NPI). Drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures all KPIs and process controls meet operational targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve the KPI's ( Yield, Utilization, Efficiency, OEE , Scrap, Shrinkage, OT ). Develop, optimize, and maintain SMT, Wave Solder, and Conformal Coating processes Program, debug, and troubleshoot SMT equipment (Universal GSMs, Panasonic, ASM, DEK, etc.) Support NPI: tooling design, line setup, process validation, and production ramp-up Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for defects and downtime. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and machine installation Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and process documentation.
