The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the accurate setup, breakdown, and maintenance of all banquet and meeting spaces according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) specifications. This role supports banquet operations before, during, and after events, ensuring all equipment, furniture, and supplies are properly placed, stored, and maintained. Hours vary and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
