• Prepare and cook dishes following company recipes and standards • Master techniques like deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work • Plate and garnish food for individual orders and large functions • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and storage areas • Assist teammates and complete prep for the next shift • Transport ingredients and supplies as needed • Uphold the “Family Style Service” model with every dish and interaction
Skills & Experience
• 3–6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino setting • Comfortable using kitchen tools like knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers • Able to follow cooking sequences and timing to meet service standards Requirements
• Must have a current Health Card from SNHD • Basic math skills for measurements and portioning • Fluent in English for effective communication • This is a hands-on role!
