Main duties of the job The Care Supervisor - Nights role at Avery Healthcare focuses on managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team to ensure Avery processes and procedures are maintained to high standards. The position entails promoting high-quality person-centered care, monitoring and reporting residents' progress, handling concerns or complaints, and providing ongoing support to residents, their families, and the Care Services Team. The ideal candidate should live by the values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Essential qualifications include a minimum of NVQ Level 3, a recognized Medication administration qualification, previous experience in a Senior Care role, and demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a team. The role requires a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
Other responsibilities will include:
Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents. Closely monitoring and reporting on residents daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded. Dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur. Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

Our ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience. Previous experience in a Senior Care role. Demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring and influencing a team.
