Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000 annually Bonus: 5% Annual Incentive (OAIA) 401(k): 5% company match Paid Time Off: 88 hours to start, up to 168 hours with tenure. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships while leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians to drive engagement and performance. Manage hiring, evaluations, and compensation planning. Provide ongoing feedback, training, and performance support. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Operations Management Oversee dispatch and service scheduling to meet service-level expectations. Manage preventative maintenance programs and service delivery. Review service work and invoices for accuracy and efficiency Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation. Analyze workflow and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Manage inventory to support operational needs.
