Responsibilities include providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal support, domestic tasks, mobility support, and social activities. Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks. Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility. Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.About Agincare

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Minimum of 12 months on the right to work in the UK, experience in care, ability to work nights and weekends, ability to drive or live close to the care home
